Diamond Valley Mitre 10 previously relied on PSTN dial lines for its EFTPOS systems and wanted to upgrade its systems to enable access to the faster, internet speed of IP technology. Diamond Valley Mitre 10 needed an immediate and secure high-speed solution that ensured a seamless transition from dial-up to broadband communications, without disrupting its retail business.
TNSLink is a POS solution, which required only minor bank configurations and allowed Diamond Valley Mitre 10 to immediately leverage the store’s existing broadband connection for terminal to bank communications.
The innovative ‘plug and play’ features of TNSLink allow Diamond Valley Mitre 10’s existing PC-EFTPOS equipment to be simply ‘plugged in’ for immediate broadband communications. Payment transactions are securely routed using industry-standard SSL encryption and connect to TNS’ PCI DSS certified backbone network, one of the largest, fully managed networks in the payment industry.
With TNSLink, Diamond Valley Mitre 10 is processing payment transactions using a PCI-compliant payment solution. TNSLink utilises the retailer’s existing broadband services without interrupting other on-premise broadband devices and store applications.
