TNS Launches ATMaster at European ATMs Conference 2009
Transaction Network Services (NYSE:TNS) is launching its new ATM real-time monitoring system, ATMaster, at this year’s European ATM Conference.
TNS is now offering ATMaster in addition to its existing range of managed payment solutions, to help ATM deployers and operators maximise ATM availability.
ATMaster delivers real-time web-based monitoring and reporting services and is the first system of its kind to effectively integrate real-time transaction processing with back office administration activities. A secure web client interface allows users to remotely gain access to ATM transaction and status information, which eliminates many of the traditional time consuming activities.
Commenting on the launch of ATMaster, Mark Collins, Managing Director of TNS UK and Ireland says: “We are delighted to be launching ATMaster in the UK. By monitoring ATMs in real-time it allows engineers to proactively diagnose potential issues and providers to optimise the performance of their ATM estate. ATMaster enables our customers to focus on their core activities while being kept up to date
with the latest information.”
A real-time report, including transaction details and status information about the ATM, can be accessed within moments after a transaction, which removes the need for operator-led queries. Traditional activities, such as ATM activations, configuration changes, reporting, monitoring and settlement are fully automated. Any error status is regularly communicated, allowing current or pending issues to be proactively
diagnosed.
ATMaster also offers a wide range of enhanced reports including Zero activity reporting, which identifies any ATM that has not completed a transaction within a predefined period of time.
In addition to ATMaster, visitors to the show will also be able to learn about TNS’ ATM driving services which support most types of ATMs in the UK, Europe and USA.
TNS’ services are EMV and triple DES compliant and allow customers to outsource their ATM requirements to a trusted partner. In addition to standard services, TNS can deliver remote key distribution, foreign currency dispensing, dynamic currency conversion, and helpdesk dispute resolution and settlement.
