TNS Announces Plans For Retail Business Technology Expo
Transaction Network Services (TNS) has announced its final plans for the Retail Business Technology Expo, to be held at London’s Earls Court next week.
The company will be demonstrating its recently launched version of its TNSPay gateway service in the UK and Ireland, in addition to highlighting other key products within its portfolio of merchant payment solutions. The Expo takes place on March 16 and 17 and includes a dedicated exhibition and conference focused exclusively on cards and payments. The TNS team can be visited at stand 212.
TNSPay, formerly branded as CommsXL, is a leading multi-channel payment gateway service, with a strong reputation for security, reliability and availability. Pre-accredited by leading UK and Irish acquirers, TNSPay enables merchants to process EMV Chip and PIN, eCommerce, mail and telephone order transactions using a PCI DSS certified payment gateway. The fully managed service simplifies complex payments environments and allows merchants to reduce the amount of card data in their environment, helping them greatly in their efforts to achieve PCI DSS compliance.
Fintan Byrne, TNS’ Vice President and General Manager for UK and Ireland, said: “TNSPay provides a versatile centralised platform, offering merchants straightforward solutions to the important payment problems they may face. Built on a robust enterprise architecture, TNSPay provides a flexible secure platform that can quickly integrate with legacy systems as well as new applications.”
Visitors to the expo will be able to hear how, in addition to powerful processing capabilities, the TNSPay service offers new Point-to-Point encryption functionality. The service also supports contactless transactions at the point of sale, at a time when this form of payment is expanding significantly in the UK
Mr Byrne said: “The service in the UK and Ireland also includes significant card-not-present enhancements that were recently made available to merchants using the TNSPay for eCommerce service. TNSPay merchants in the UK and Ireland now have access to integrated stored card tokenisation, hosted payment forms and risk management capabilities to help bolster security, combat fraud, and reduce chargebacks.”
Globally, TNS now connects over a million merchants and retailers to the world's leading banks, acquirers and processors, enabling secure, efficient and cost-effective delivery and processing of payments.
The company’s worldwide expertise extends to more than 40 countries across the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific regions, with billions of transactions crossing its high-speed global networks each year.
