2. How reliable is TNSLink Wireless?

  • TNSLink Wireless was specifically built with transaction reliability in mind.

  • Redundant infrastructure provides quick recovery from hardware, network failures.

  • Since TNSLink has multiple private circuits/connections with our wireless partner, your traffic never touches the Internet, thereby avoiding service performance issues often seen with Internet-based services.

  • When you use the Calypso ATM processing platform, you have a single point of contact for all your processing and communication needs. Support for all your processing and communication needs will be provided using this single point of contact.

  • Since TNSLink is a managed service, you do not need to get in touch with wireless providers to resolve communication issues - TNS takes care of this for you.

  • Skilled technicians man two 24x7 Network Operation Centers (NOCs) with co-located 2nd, 3rd level support.

  • Service Level Agreements are in place for support and device replacement.

  • Pro-active monitoring: The TNS NOC provides pro-active monitoring for all your ATM locations.

  • TNSOnline: This online portal provides near real-time status information for all your ATMs, allowing you to monitor the ATM status and wireless signal information from anywhere using just your browser. You are also able to conduct a realtime signal strength check at any ATM location using this tool.

3. How do I install the device?

The TNSLink hardware is very easy to install using the provided installation guide. However, if you do experience any difficulties our experienced support team is always available to help with installations if required.

4. How does TNSLink Wireless improve my transaction times?

  • Your transaction times could decrease to as little as eight seconds per transaction, as a result of using the available 3G wireless networks.

  • The TNS global network was specifically built to support transaction traffic and will quickly route your transactions to Calypso or your designated processing host.

5. How secure is the transaction information?

  • TNSLink utilizes the PCI DSS certified backbone network.

  • All data leaving the TNSLink device is encrypted using IPSEC VPN or SSL AES-256 encryption.

Maintenance is provided without any warranty fees.
