The TNS Calling Name solution uses only carrier-authenticated name information from North American Line Information Databases (LIDBs).  Over one thousand landline, wireless, cable, and VoIP service providers feed their CNAM data into the LIDB database.  The information is updated in near-real time from the provisioning service providers to ensure that you are providing your customers with current and accurate Calling Name responses.
