Once a subscriber sends a MMS message, TNS determines the destination operator, identifies the user device, transcodes, and formats the message for fast, accurate, and seamless delivery to the recipient. The message is analyzed using a built-in rule base that determines the required formatting and routing actions.

TNS also has the capability to interface with other web-based applications such as Instant Messaging and email.
