TNS determines the network path to route messages for the customer’s traffic traversing the TNS network to the Roamer View probe.

The customer technical data information (i.e.: Point Codes, NPA/NXX info) is setup in the Roamer View system.

The Roamer View rack-ready collection equipment is configured to collect message copies from digital cross connect listening ports.  The messages from the Roamer View probe are collected into the Roamer View TCS collector, and analyzed for type.

The collection gear formats the relevant messages, pairs and queues them, and sends them over a Wide Area Network (WAN) to the Roamer View online central processor for database insertion, further near-real time processing, statistical calculations and presentation to the users.
