TNS Anniversary of Dialect Acquisition

TNS has grown significantly in Asia Pacific in the last 10 years.  Since 2005, TNS has grown the number of employees we have in the Asia Pacific region nearly ten-fold.

Jennifer Stibbard, SVP & Head of Sales-Operations, Payments, Asia Pacific

Customer relationships are becoming stronger since the Dialect transition to TNS. We’ve begun to cement alliances, and our solutions and operational excellence are focusing now on being more proactive vs. reactive.

Michelle Willis, Director Payment Operations

Since the integration of Dialect to TNS’ solution portfolio, our customers have been able to leverage an industry leading payment gateway. Originally called SafePay, the solution name has recently changed to TNSPay, representing the additional features, functionalities and global capabilities that TNS has brought to the original Dialect solutions.

Following TNS’ acquisition of Dialect, relationships have been further enhanced in Asia Pacific with key customers in the credit, debit and ATM card providers industries, as well as with local retailers. The acquisition was considered a great match with the established reputation of TNS’ global services, and contributed to our expansion into the electronic Card-Not-Present commerce market. TNS solutions support and facilitate payment transactions including Internet, Call Center, IVR.  Even mobile applications can connect to the TNSPay™ gateway to process payments.

I’ve seen significant developments that greatly benefit our production environments. Our team is very dedicated to addressing customer data security, which in turn reflects our quality of service.
