TNSPay eliminates the work of sorting, matching and compiling payment transaction records for multiple banks and processors. The TNSPay Merchant Administration Portal provides a straight forward approach to manage payment transaction data. It provides:

• A secure web portal for merchant specific reporting
• Transaction searches and detailed payment activity reporting
• Standard transaction report to assist in payment reconciliation
• Customizable reports that can be securely accessed online or delivered via email or SFTP 
• Detailed transaction specific or batch summary data for analysis

Merchant Administration Portal

The TNSPay Merchant Administration Portal is a hosted web application running within our PCI DSS certified payment processing facility that provides you with secure and easy access to:

• Perform online transactions searches
• Track and view payment transaction data and reports
• Initiate virtual terminal, manually processed MOTO transactions
• Manage transactions for refunds, reversals, authorizations, captures, split payments
• Review and define risk rules
• Manage transactions flagged by the Risk Management tool
• Set user and department access rights
